CNC millingWhat work do we do?
Because we do machining and welded fabrication in the same factory, welded structures are combined with machining whenever required and delivered in one go.
5-axis CNC machining
Five-face machining of complex geometries in a single set-up on the Victor Vcenter-AX630 with a B and C-axis rotary table. X / Y / Z: 700 / 500 / 500 mm.
3 and 4-axis CNC milling
Yang SV1000 and Topper Tongtai TMV-720A machining centres. Working envelope up to 1020 × 510 × 510 mm.
CNC turning
Victor Vturn-26E (10" chuck) and Frontier TZ-8 CNC lathes; swing over bed up to Ø420 mm.
Conventional machining
Preparatory work, long parts and one-off jobs on universal lathes and milling machines.
Tooling and fixtures
Production of fixtures, jigs and tooling for machine manufacturers and the defence industry; from design to manufacturing.
Production from samples

How do I get a machining quotation?
Send your technical drawing, 3D model (STEP etc.) or a photo of your sample via our contact form, by e-mail (info@yukselgrup.com.tr) or on WhatsApp, and include the quantity. We will identify the right machine and lead time and get back to you.
Do you produce one-off parts?
Yes. We work on everything from prototypes and one-offs to series production; our conventional machines speed up one-off and preparatory work.
What is the largest part size you can machine?
On our CNC machining centres we can machine parts up to X / Y / Z 1020 / 510 / 510 mm, and on our CNC lathes up to a swing over bed of Ø420 mm. Share your part size and we will tell you the right machine.
Can you produce a part that has no technical drawing?
Yes. We measure and model the sample, create its technical drawing and reproduce the part. We frequently provide this service for defence and aerospace spare parts.
What documents do you supply with the parts?
With every shipment, a certificate of conformity (CoC) and a measurement report for critical dimensions; on request, an EN 10204 3.1 material certificate, special process reports and a first article inspection report (FAI).
