In defence industry machining, a part's documentation matters as much as its dimensions. We record every step from material to shipment and deliver every part with a measurement report and certificate of conformity.
With our 3, 4 and 5-axis CNC machining centres and CNC lathes, we work on everything from one-off prototypes to series production. Special processes such as heat treatment, coating and penetrant testing are outsourced only to assessed and approved suppliers.

- Certificate of Conformity (CoC): part no., revision, quantity, lot and authorised signature
- Measurement report: nominal, tolerance and measured values of critical dimensions
- Material certificate: EN 10204 3.1, heat/batch number
- Special process reports: heat treatment hardness, coating thickness, penetrant inspection
- First article inspection report (FAI): full dimensional verification in the requested format

Can you produce a spare part that has no technical drawing?
Yes. We measure and model parts for which only a sample exists, create the technical drawing and reproduce them.
How do you ensure part traceability?
For every part, the material certificate and heat number, work order and revision, machine, operator, CAM program, external process reports and measurement report are kept linked to the work order in our integrated digital manufacturing system, and can be retrieved even years later.
How do you manage special processes such as heat treatment and coating?
We outsource special processes only to assessed and approved suppliers and monitor their performance. Hardness, coating thickness and penetrant reports are added to the shipping documents.
