By its nature, crimping demands extremely precise production and quality steps. The integrated line we offer goes beyond crimping alone: it is a complete line covering every production process, including water testing, weight testing and detonation testing.

Fortress Crimp crimping machine
Built on a high-strength steel chassis with special anti-static materials; runs on a Siemens PLC control system with an HMI touchscreen.

The system's most striking feature is its crimping zone, manufactured to micron-level precision. In this mechanism, 102 separate parts made entirely of special steel work in harmony and, combined with our own software, deliver flawless production that meets global standards.

Every connection is verified before it reaches the field
Waterproofing Test
Once crimped, shock tube components undergo hydrostatic pressure testing to operational safety standards, measuring the tightness of the mechanical crimp at the connection.
Static Load Test
After crimping, the all-steel product undergoes tensile strength testing under specified loads, guaranteeing a secure connection even under the toughest working loads.
Detonation Test
Made of high-alloy hardened steel, with superior resistance to sudden pressure changes and mechanical shocks. We turned the lid, the weakest link in the system, into its strongest point with steel armour and shock-absorbing technology.
