Personal Data Protection Notice

1. Data controller

Yüksel Grup Makina Müh. Medikal Tasarım İmalat San. Tic. Ltd. Şti. (the "Company"), located at İvedik OSB Serhat Mah. 1363. Cadde No:77 Yenimahalle / Ankara, is the data controller under the KVKK.

2. Personal data processed

• Identity and contact data: full name, company, e-mail, phone (via the contact, quotation, careers and supplier application forms).
• Professional experience data: CV, position, experience details (via the careers form).
• Commercial information: technical drawings, models and descriptions submitted with quotation requests.
• Transaction security data: IP address, date/time of access, browser information (server logs).

3. Purposes of processing and legal grounds

• Preparing quotations and managing contract processes (KVKK Art. 5/2-c: establishment and performance of a contract).
• Responding to contact requests (KVKK Art. 5/2-f: legitimate interest).
• Managing recruitment processes (KVKK Art. 5/2-c and Art. 5/2-f).
• Assessing supplier applications and managing supplier relationships (KVKK Art. 5/2-c and Art. 5/2-f).
• Ensuring information security and fulfilling legal obligations (KVKK Art. 5/2-a and Art. 5/2-ç).

4. Transfer

Your personal data may be transferred, strictly for the purposes above, to authorised public authorities within the scope of legal obligations and to the IT infrastructure providers whose services we use. Technical documents shared for quotation purposes are not shared with third parties without your explicit consent.

5. Retention period

Contact and quotation data are kept for as long as the business relationship requires and thereafter for the statutory limitation periods; job application data are kept for a maximum of 1 year if the application is unsuccessful and are deleted thereafter.

6. Method of collection

Your data are collected electronically via the forms on our website, e-mail and phone, and are stored on the Company's own servers.

7. Your rights

Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to learn whether your personal data are processed; to request information if they have been processed; to learn whether they are used for their intended purpose; to know the third parties to whom they are transferred; to request correction if they are incomplete or inaccurate; to request their deletion or destruction; to request that these actions be notified to the third parties to whom the data were transferred; to object to any outcome against you resulting from analysis by automated systems; and to claim compensation if you suffer damage.

8. Cookies

Our website does not use tracking cookies, other than to remember your session and preferences. The map on the contact page is provided by Google Maps and is subject to Google's own cookie policy.
