CNC machining in Ankara: 5-axis CNC milling and CNC turning
At our factory in İvedik OSB we machine precision parts to your technical drawing on 3, 4 and 5-axis CNC machining centres and CNC lathes. From one-off prototypes to repeat series production, in Ankara since 1996.
Your drawing goes to the machine; your part comes back with a measurement report
For us, CNC machining starts with a technical drawing or a 3D model. We study the part, select the right machine, prepare the CAM programme and move to production once the first part has been approved. Critical dimensions are verified on a coordinate measuring machine (CMM) and the report is delivered with the part.
Within Ankara's defence and aerospace ecosystem, we apply the discipline gained on ASELSAN and TUSAŞ projects in the same way to customers from every sector. Because welded fabrication and assembly sit under the same roof as CNC machining, we can deliver the machined surfaces of a welded body in one go, under a single responsibility.
5-axis CNC machining centreWhich CNC operations do we perform?
Because milling and turning are brought together in the same factory, prismatic parts, cylindrical parts and the complex geometries that combine the two are all completed at a single address.
5-axis CNC machining
Five-face machining in a single set-up on the Victor Vcenter-AX630 with a B and C-axis rotary table. Inclined holes, angled pockets and free-form surfaces are machined without second set-up error. X / Y / Z: 700 / 500 / 500 mm, 12,000 rpm spindle.
3 and 4-axis CNC milling
Plates, housings, fixtures and mould components on the Yang SV1000 (1020 × 510 × 510 mm) and the 4th-axis Topper Tongtai TMV-720A. Long parts and small batches with multiple set-ups are machined here.
CNC turning
Shafts, bushings, flanges, sleeves and pin-type parts on the Victor Vturn-26E (10" chuck) and Frontier TZ-8 CNC lathes; swing over bed Ø420 mm, turning length up to 480 mm.
Prototypes and one-offs
Even a single sample is machined with the same planning and measurement discipline. Our universal lathe and milling machine speed up preparation and one-off jobs.
Repeat series production
The programme and set-up of the approved first part are kept on file; subsequent batches come off with the same programme and the same dimensions. Delivery batches are scheduled to your deadline.
CAM programming and reverse engineering
Modelling and CAM with Siemens NX, SolidWorks and Catia. We measure and model parts that have no technical drawing and reproduce them.
Our CNC machining capacity at a glance
Share your part's dimensions and quantity, and we'll tell you the same day which machine it will run on and the lead time. All of our machines are listed on our machine park page.

Materials we machine
Aluminium alloys, carbon and quenched and tempered steels, stainless steel, brass and bronze, and engineering plastics. When you request a material certificate, it comes with EN 10204 3.1.
Tolerances and surface finish
We machine to the tolerance and surface roughness values on your drawing, and measure and report tight-tolerance dimensions on the CMM. Geometric tolerances (GD&T) are included in the measurement plan.
Coating and heat treatment
Processes such as anodising, chromating, painting, hardening and nitriding are carried out by our approved suppliers and their reports are added to the shipment file. The part reaches you finished.
Six steps from CNC machining quotation to shipment
Every job is opened with a work order in our integrated digital manufacturing system; every step from material to measurement is recorded against that work order.
Quotation
Technical drawing, STEP model or sample; quantity and deadline.
Material
Certified material is recorded with its heat number.
CAM
Programme, tool list and set-up plan are prepared.
First part
The first part is measured; series production starts after approval.
Measurement
Critical dimensions are verified on the CMM and recorded in the report.
Shipment
Delivered with a certificate of conformity and measurement report.
Every CNC part comes with its documentation
We have made the documentation our defence and aerospace customers require our standard; the same system applies to every customer. For every part we deliver, we can show which material it was made from, on which machine, with which programme, and which measurement report approved it.
- Certificate of Conformity (CoC) with every shipment
- CMM measurement report for critical dimensions
- EN 10204 3.1 material certificate and heat number
- Coating and heat treatment reports from approved suppliers
- First article inspection report (FAI) in the format you require

About CNC machining in Ankara
What do I need to send for a CNC machining quotation?
A technical drawing (PDF) and, if available, a 3D model (STEP, X_T) are enough; please also state the quantity, material and the deadline you need. If there is no drawing, we can measure and model the sample and produce the drawing ourselves. You can send files via the contact form, by e-mail (info@yukselgrup.com.tr) or on WhatsApp.
Which parts benefit from 5-axis CNC machining?
Parts with holes, pockets and angled features on more than one face. Because the part is machined on five faces in a single set-up, the number of set-ups drops, positional accuracy between faces improves and total time is shorter. Mould cores, fixture bodies and aerospace brackets are typical examples.
What is the largest part size you can machine?
Up to 1020 × 510 × 510 mm in milling and a 700 × 500 × 500 mm working envelope in 5-axis; in turning, Ø420 mm swing over bed and 480 mm length. Longer parts can be machined on the universal lathe (up to 2000 mm between centres).
Do you make one-off parts, and is there a minimum order quantity?
Yes, we machine single parts too; there is no minimum quantity. The programme and set-up we prepare at the prototype stage are used as they are when you move to series production.
What is the lead time?
It depends on the complexity of the part, material procurement time and quantity. We give a firm lead time with the quotation; for urgent jobs we state clearly when we can give priority in the machine schedule.
Which documents come with the parts?
A certificate of conformity (CoC) and a CMM measurement report for critical dimensions with every shipment. On request, an EN 10204 3.1 material certificate, coating and heat treatment reports and a first article inspection report (FAI) are added.
