From idea to working product

Starting from a need or a concept, we design original machines, equipment and test systems, build the prototype and prepare it for series production. Türkiye's first domestically developed bomb disposal robot and the R&D projects delivered for TUSAŞ are examples of this capability.

We use Siemens NX, SolidWorks, Catia, Ansys and AutoCAD for design and analysis, and plan projects with MS Project.

Critical parts for defence and aerospace

We carry out critical machining for the defence and aerospace sector on our 3, 4 and 5-axis CNC machining centres, including the 5-axis Victor Vcenter-AX630, and on our CNC lathes. Preparatory work and one-off jobs on conventional lathes and milling machines are completed in the same factory.

More than 300 items produced for TUSAŞ as tooling and equipment are a measure of our experience in this field.

From chassis to trailers, from structures to assembly

We produce fuel trailers, machine chassis and custom structures with our welding, assembly and fitting team. Where required, welded structures are combined with machining and delivered in a single step.

Test equipment, robots and production machines

Among the systems we have produced: alternator, gearbox and fuel float test rigs; bomb disposal and thermal fogging robots; medication preparation robots and medical waste storage systems; patented çiğ köfte pressing and fully automatic kadayıf machines, as well as wrapping and packaging systems.

We also develop the control side of our machines in-house, with electronic boards, embedded software, PLC and SCADA.

Defence industry spare parts and hardware

We measure, model and reproduce parts, whether a technical drawing exists or only a sample. We meet spare parts requirements for aircraft equipment and defence systems quickly and with full documentation.
