In which areas are we looking for suppliers?
For our machining, welded fabrication, special machine and automation projects, we would like to meet suppliers in the areas below. You can also apply in an area not listed.
Raw materials
Bar, plate, profile and tube; certified, with traceable heat/batch numbers.
Heat treatment
Hardening, quenching and tempering, and stress relieving; with a hardness report.
Coating and surface treatment
Coating and surface treatments; with a coating thickness report.
Non-destructive testing
Penetrant and other inspection methods; with reports.
Cutting and bending
Laser and waterjet cutting, press brake bending.
Cutting tools and consumables
Cutting tools, tool holders, welding and production consumables.
Standard parts
Fasteners, bearings, pneumatic and hydraulic components.
Electrical and automation
PLCs, drives, sensors, control panels and electronic components.
How do we work together?
- Material certificate (EN 10204 3.1 or the type requested) and heat/batch number
- Delivery with reports for special processes: hardness, coating thickness, penetrant
- On-time delivery and open communication
- Suppliers are assessed and approved, and their performance is regularly monitored
